Limos4 Named Official Cooperation Partner of the Zurich Film Festival

Limos4 has been named an Official Cooperation Partner of the Zurich Film Festival under a two-year agreement beginning in 2026.

Under the multi-year agreement, Limos4 will be in charge of guest transportation planning, dispatch, and on-site coordination for ZFF beginning in 2026.

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Swiss-headquartered chauffeured transportation company has been named an Official Cooperation Partner of the Zurich Film Festival under a two-year agreement. For the festival’s 22nd edition, running from September 24 to October 4, 2026, the company will manage chauffeured ground transportation for guests throughout the 11-day event.

Limos4 will manage the scheduling and dispatch of approximately 1,500 chauffeured rides, coordinating around 30 vehicles and up to 70 chauffeurs. Limos4 will serve as the single operational control point for all festival ground transportation.

The two organizations have directly integrated their systems, allowing changes made in the festival’s guest management platform to flow into dispatch without manual re-entry. When flights are delayed, green-carpet appearances run longer than planned, or guests are added to engagements at short notice, both teams will work from the same up-to-date information.

Throughout the festival, Limos4 will provide live monitoring, on-site coordination, and contingency capacity from a dedicated control desk, while delivering daily operational reports to the ZFF team.
